We are pleased to inform that Maersk Solutions has an opening for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Organization and control of multi-modal shipments (rail and ocean)
  • Placement of bookings to nominated contractors
  • Coordination of empty container turnover
  • Forecast and timely provision of empty containers
  • Control of the container trains
  • Timely informing the client about the status of the shipments
  • Solving operational issues related to the service

Requirements:

  • Higher education;
  • Fluent English;
  • Previous relevant experience in logistics sphere from 1 year;
  • PC literacy.
